WordBonk respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same. Do not upload books, texts or images you do not have the right to use. We respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent EU/UK law.

Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent at [copyright@wordbonk.app] including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location within the Service (enough for us to find it).
  • Your contact details (name, address, email, phone).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice & repeat infringers

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We operate a repeat-infringer policy: accounts that are the subject of multiple valid infringement notices will be terminated.
