Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies whenever you create, upload, share or send content on WordBonk — including cards, global chat, direct messages, shared word packs, uploaded books, and your public profile. It supplements our Terms of Service.

You must not

• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights — including uploading books, texts or images you do not have the right to use.
• Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening or violent content.
• Post sexually explicit material, or any content that sexualises, endangers or exploits minors.
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Send spam, phishing, or malware, or attempt to defraud other users.
• Circumvent security, rate limits or access controls, scrape the Service, or disrupt its operation.
• Misuse AI features to generate prohibited content, or attempt to extract other users' data.

Reporting and enforcement

You can report content or users that violate this policy using the in-app report control or by emailing [abuse@wordbonk.app]. We operate a notice-and-action process: we review valid reports and may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts. We may also block a user from contacting you at your request, and we may report seriously unlawful content to the authorities.
